If you signed a contract there is a clause that your agreement automatically renews for another 12 consecutive months unless written notice of cancellation is received at their headquarters via Certified Mail Return Receipt 60 days prior to its anniversary date. Really?

So now it is January 2016 and time to send the cancellation to Bates because we feel that we never see them and we have grubs or fungus or something munching brown patches on the lawn. Unacceptable.
