If paid by credit card, I would contact the credit card company and dispute the charge.
I had this situation when buying a time share and they were not getting back to me. My nephew is a lawyer and advised me to do this. He said the credit card company will inform them they will no longer be able to process any Visa, MC, etc, if they didn't give a full refund.
