Muncle thank you so much for the history. Everything you have said about the development Not tacky! Everything and everbody is just comfortable --like a old pair of shoes. We left Palm Springs, Calif. to live here and if you asked me five years ago if I would move to Fl. and even worse Cental Florida we would have both laughed.
