I agree it was offensive to question the H/C need for a person with such a problem. Also you can't tell the person who has heart problems and has very restricted walking, or the person with a leg problem that prevents them from walking too much and so on. It is pretty bad to assert the definitions of those that can use H/C spaces. We should be happy to be healthy enough to use non H/C spaces and respect those that have to. It is not necessary to respond to this note as I really don't care what others think. This is my opinion and I have approved it.
