Did you closely read the article that you linked?
THE SQUARE was RENTED to the Republican Party, which then had standing to exclude whomever they wished. (Just as YOU can exclude someone from property that YOU control.) "David Bitner, the chairman of the Republican Party of Florida, defended the decision to remove people from the square." according to the linked article.
1. It was not MORSE who ejected the protesters. THE SQUARE is private property, not the streets.
2. They were ejected from THE SQUARE, not from the surrounding streets or sidewalks across the streets.
