I don't think that anyone is talking about banning cars from the squares or making it impossible for outsiders to come to the squares. If I'm not mistaken, the issue is PARKING on the squares. As I said, there are many parking spaces behind the buildings for cars. Obviously cars would have to be allowed to drive through the squares but parking could be reserved for golf carts only just as it is in some other areas.

If you come to the square in your car, you'd have to park in one of the parking lots behind the buildings. If you come in a cart, you could park in the squares themselves. Arrangements would have to be made for vendors on market nights and musicians and DJs playing in the squares. But it could be done and no one would be left out.

I have some really bad breathing problems. If I find a spot on the square closer to where I'm going, I want that spot for my car. We will not take a golf cart all the way to Brownwood from BonnyBrook.
