That's true with everyone you work with, as well.
We had a problem that two subs kept kicking back and forth between each other. It was more than a year after our warranty expired, but had to do with roof and/or plumbing. The problem went on for over a year. Never yelled, but we were persistent. Warranty finally stepped in and told one of them to JUST FIX IT!!! They did.
