SSI is paid for by the general funds, not Social Security. Congress just stole a big chunk from the social security fund to pay for the big increase in SSI. The largest increase in history, a giant increase since Obama became administrator.
It's probably not too bright to criticize someone's spelling on here. It's real easy to think faster than you type, therefore making a few mistakes in grammar and spelling.
