I second that, first thing I would do, check all the tracks supports and hinges for loose hardware, next as suggested, manually move it up and down to try and find the stuck parts if that didn't help? I also make sure the track brackets mounting hardware tight all the way cross the top.

On my older heavier garage door on my previous house That had 4 springs for counter balance it was most always track roller bracket loose on section of the door. Allowed the door to droop enough too bind the roller wheel in the track which usually made loud clacking sound as the door when up and down.
