Yes, over-19-yr-olds can live here. From experience with our kids working for college and graduating and finding good jobs, it is rewarding to see them work and put their earnings in the bank without having to spend over half of it on expensive housing in Tampa or other such area (at least $800-900/month even with a roommate, to have a rental that has decent security against crime).

Helping them save cash to put away for college and for establishing themselves after graduating is so rewarding. Our kids now put savings before spending on better cars, trips, etc.

Many cannot save because of credit card debt, new car payments etc. while repaying needed student loans. Learning to save and not live on credit is why so many Villagers have been able to retire here in this beautiful place.
