So, Personal Best Regards, is an identifier, a signiture? I thought it was a relatively common expression such as, yours truly, or sincerely. I was not aware it was the proprietary sign-off of one particular individual who apparently believes, as seemingly do others on this board, that it adds the weight of authenticity or even gravitas to the individuals comments. I apologize to everyone for presuming to usurp such an iconic and powerful phrase.
