I saw him in Ft. Lauderdale back in the '90s. Came out on stage a bit late and then stood there ignoring the audience while "adjusting" his mike stand for about 20 minutes. He then left for 10 minutes before returning to do the show. He clearly thought he was doing the audience a favor by being there.
The show was ok... but I've seen dozens of better ones.
