You've gotta be kidding. All you did was risk your life and dedicate years of your life for our country and this idiot leaves you a note like that, they have no rite to touch your property. You owe nobody any explanation at all for parking in a handicapped spot even if you went inside and forgot your placard. They have no rite to play Barney Fife and question you at all. People really have gotten outta hand. You know the one who left that note is probably up to their necks in illegal activities and is trying to cover it up by messing with you.
