You cannot use your resident ID if someone is renting your house AND they have Temp Resident IDs. You are to surrender your IDs when you submit the paperwork for the ID transfer. Part of the rental price you receive is for the amenities just as the water, irrigation, trash, and sewer is part of the house rental (unless you require the renters to pay for them). If you could keep using the amenities at the same time as the renters are able to use the amenities there would not be enough "food on the buffet table".
