We just saw an accident which was between a cart and a bike. The medical team came and as we were driving on we noticed the biker had ear phones on and what/how if anything could this contribute to an accident. The biker was taking them out of his ears just as the medical people were arriving. I really don't think cars, bikers or cart drivers should wear ear pieces when they are driving or on a bike. There were a couple of batteries on the cart path so it would appear but not certain they were being used? If it is not against the law it should be.
