First off you shouldn't need to slow down on the Morse Ave bridge if another cart is coming from the opposite direction because you should already going 10MPH which is the speed limit.

Second I know of no deaths because someone couldn't see the edge or middle or a cart path. Deaths usually involve cars and strips won't help with that.
