Last year we did a manatee tour and saw and experienced a lot more manatees than those on the dives. Less expensive too and you don't get wet. Kayaked over and thru (safely and slowly) at least 150 manatees and many babies during the trip. They were swimming through out the river and not just bunched where the divers were allowed. (seemed like only 3 or 4 were in the roped off dive areas). |
