Thanks Sam, another great idea for our TOTV chatfolk. BTW, we had two perspective buyers here today. One we knew was coming as we were called yesterday; the other called this morning from a different realtor to say they too wanted to see the house . They missed each other by minutes. It seemed they both liked what they had seen. Barbara and I later ran into the real estate agent at Genuardi's who brought one of the couples to our home. She said they liked our house the best, but who knows. At least they are coming out to look now. So all of you "hope to sell our house soon" people hang on.
