You know that King never said what you have put in quotes. The meme comes from his anti-choice niece who herself had more than one abortion, utilized her right to choice when it was needed by her. The actual quote comes from a MLK speech in 1958, a full 15 years before Roe v Wade.
He was speaking about the Negro passively accepting segregation and injustice. The correct words he spoke

Totally different meaning. He was speaking to encourage blacks to leave their comfort zone and fight against racism and not doom the next generation to the same bigotry and brutality as his generation had endured. His niece twisted it and misquoted, but now you know the truth.
