Abortion was prohibited in 30 states and legal under certain circumstances (such as pregnancies resulting from rape or incest) in 20 states. The Supreme Court 1973 decision Roe v. Wade invalidated all of these laws, and set guidelines for the availability of abortion.

But, this is not JUST about abortion, even though the liberals insist on using it as a basis for breaking the law related to selling body parts. This is about illegal activity with the selling body parts for profit. It has to do with ONLY PP at this point. There are many other institutions, public and private and those that accept donations that also perform abortions. So, you liberals are not defending abortion. You are defending the abhorrent breaking of the law regarding selling body parts for profit. And it appears that this practice does not even bother you. As a matter of fact, you are so defensive that you bring up the abortion issue as your ONLY defense. Not a very strong argument. Even though any decent person does not agree with baby murder, we also recognize the legality of it, as opposed to selling the body parts.

So, in a nut shell, GET A LIFE.....versus taking a life.
