If it was against law to adopt foreign babies there would be very few foster kids. No child should be adopted in US unless it's US citzen. When NO foster kids are left then MAYBE a few out of country. What's wrong with this country we don't take care of our own first, but give billions away to foreign countries. Let every tom dick and illegal Harry in so the rich can have cheap yard work, house work, farm hands, and day laborers.
