Some smoke detectors have been know to respond to other things, like heavy perfume, cooking (no smoke showing), etc., so were these random, or was there something else going on? I agree, with previous comments, 1 replace the batteries, and if you get another alarm, contact home warranty and have ALL of them replaced.
