I agree, you should be able to spray yourself. If you have trouble with the spray paint cans, like holding down the spray buttons, I have seen trigger adapters, that provide a handle and make these much easier to use. I think I saw these at Harbor Freight, but the area hardware stores (Ace, Home Depot, or Lowes) should have them also.
Unless you can spray indoors or have a heated garage, it is too cold to paint now. I have found the best time is above 70 degrees, and LOW HUMIDITY.
