National chicken wings day is July 29. National drink wine day is February 18th. Mark your calendar. Getting back to the OP's original question, my favorite pizza ever was at Otto Enoteca, a Manhattan restaurant owned by chef Mario Batali. The pizza was made with the freshest ingredients.
