You are correct about the Hyde Amendment, it does bar tax payer money from being applied to the performance of abortions.
However, have you ever heard the term "creative accounting". Not only is Planned Parenthood harvesting baby parts from viable fetuses its also in violation of the Hyde Amendment. So should Planned Parenthood in addition to selling baby parts also be investigated for violation of te Hyde Amendment? Or do you believe those 33% of national abortions they are performing are all a result of incest, rape or saving a mother.

I explained my position at length on another thread and feel no compunction to do so again. If the Right Wing were not so radical and would allow abortions for incest, rape and saving the life of the mother I might be more on your side but you are not!
