Default 3/2 Courtyard Villa (Hemingway--Seneca Villas)
3 BR/2 Bath Courtyard Villa (Foxglove/Charlotte model) available for rent for high season 2017 or long term. High season rental must be at least Jan, Feb, and Mar. Golf cart, hi speed wireless internet access, Direct TV with DVR, Pegasus water system, (2) bicycles and golf clubs available, indoor laundry. Newly painted, never has been lived in--used only during high season rentals, was purchased as a model. All the comforts of home, walking distance to the pool, short golf cart ride to Havana Country Club and Sumter Landing. If interested in long term rental, it must be rented fully furnished, as is.
