Nucky - I don't
know about Villas.
But I suspect
in Sumter County
the bond would
be close to
that of a
designer home- approx
$20k. In Lake
County (most of
the new area),
it is my
understanding that Lake
County does not
allow bonds, and
the typical bond
amount has been
included in the
selling price of
the home. Maybe
someone with personal
knowledge will respond.
