WiserBud said he changes bulbs for people on his street he knows are out of town or ones he knows cannot do it themself. Yes, it is an act of kindness!
As far as putting a note under the paper saying a light is out - good! That is far from trespassing!
This man is a good person and deserves thanks - not posts warning him he might get shot or "I don't think it would be pretty" (from a retired law enforcement officer).
