Where did you get in that post that someone called you a name?

Kennedy was nominated in 1987 and then confirmed in FEB '88. The point is that one person says something and then everyone wants to pass it around and modify it to suit their argument. Kennedy was NOT nominated in an election year. So, the original comment by Rubio may/MAY be correct in saying there hasn't been one nominated in an election year for about 80 years.

Trying to pervert what one says "indicates YOUR intelligence." Just giving you an example.
