Well, WHY didn't Rubio - being such a patriot - I ever join the military? Therefore, no moral integrity.

As for term limits for Congress and the Supreme Court - this would have to be done through amendments to the Constitution and ratifications by 3/4 of the states. Extremely lengthy process - and how many Congressmen are going to vote on a 6 year term for themselves when they have such a sweet deal?
