I've had Comcast for the past 6 years. We feel that their service had greatly improved. We had Direct TV previous to that and had an incident with them that eventually cost me $275.00. Yes, I walked away from the contract after two days of a Direct TV upgrade to HD. Both of days were weekend days when I couldn't get anyone to discuss my serious problem. I paid them and tell the story to anyone who'd listen. We'll never see them again in my home. They got nasty. Go with Comcast you'll really enjoy their true On Demand feature. We currently have Comcast's triple play. TV, Internet and phone.
