I have been a customer for over a year now & bought many pieces of Jewelry from The Brownwood Jewelry Store* I had been treated very well until recently with an issue...I will NOT be returning to this store! I am disgusted with the lack of respect by three of the employees* I have attempted twice to contact the owner but he has not responded* I have heard of at least six other people who are also dissatisfied with the lack of QUALITY Customer Care!*
