Personally, I would feel very awkward putting my dog's poop into someone's garbage can. Most times when a dog is taken out to do his 'business' they usually aren't far from their home when the 'go' It's not like the owner has to walk a mile back home to dump the poop, so they elect to give it to someone else instead of heading back home. Some people consider their garbage can private property.
Isn't it ironic no matter how bad a dog need to go, it's never in his own yard.
