The above is surely an understandable preference, however you should be sure to look at all the centrally located shopping in, around and near Lake Sumter Landing. In my opinion much more than Spanish Springs.
And then again in and around Brownwood.
I look at Lake Sumter as sort of the hub of a wheel called TV. And much of what most of us would want is noth that far away (actually from anywhere).
The beauty of TV is no matter where you decide....it will be just right. You will know when you find the right home.
