The piclkeball courts could be pay for play like the tennis courts at paridise park. Plus there are only two courts there with no housing close, same across the street at L H courts, plus the highway noise from 441 will muffle most of the pop from some paddles from players than can put pace on the whiffle ball. So no big brother freebies which I know Ne'ers don't allow
