Hasn't happened since the creation of the idea, so I doubt anyone here can make it a viable Utopia. Hard work and fair trade is the only answer. Self reliance makes a mature and strong nation. Not reliance upon the government nanny. Liberals are too needy and I have no use for them. I believe in NO WORK, NO EAT.
