If you have a smartphone, the app called Paint Harmony Lite (use the free app) may be a great help in selecting a color. Just take a picture of the room and select from colors in all brands of paint. If you see a color you might like, just tap the picture of your room and it fills in the walls and leaves the furniture. It was a great help to me when deciding what color to paint. I made sure I used the app with pictures taken at different times of the day in order to see how the paint reacted to different light.
