Hi Mint,
My concern with the dry eyes has more to do with being left with them forever than during the recovery time. If I had to give up my contact lenses, I would not be too happy. But from what I have seen for others, this surgery makes a lovely, subtle difference. People look good, but nobody really picks up on why.

-glad you liked my Santana suggestion from earlier. I cranked it up today, too. But not for trying to pretend it was 1975. (Well, maybe we were kind of.) We were working in the yard. We are the only ones around here who are retired. The neighbors all have jobs and are gone all day. So we cranked it up really, really loud. When a couple of old baby boomers move in...there goes the neighborhood.
