She has implicated herself. Having classified on a personal computer is a felony. Having an uncleared technician work on her computer that contains classified information is a felony. Destroying classified information improperly is a criminal violation. Moving TS material from a secure location is a felony. She has broken so many laws that I am surprised she is even allowed to speak in public. I know what she did, because I worked for the State Dept and I know the laws and the briefings that EVERYONE gets in the Dept when before they are allowed access to classified information. And I know that form that she had to sign to get access to that material. If you go on the Internet, you can see redacted copies of email that came from her server. They were classified. They failed to redact the codes that were on those emails, which also indicate the source of the information, which is classified.

Knowing what I know, if I was on the jury at her trial, I could go to sleep and still find her guilty. If she is not found guilty of any felonies, then we do not have a justice system and I will never take anything the gov says seriously again. I see no way that she could possibly get off, other than someone pardoning her, and I am sure that Obama will once she is indicted. She threaten to take him down with her if she was indicted.

And you cannot blame the Republicans for this. This is being investigated by the supposedly non-partisan FBI.
