Lovely 2012 cyv with 2bed 2bath close to Colony shopping plaza and medical center. Also walking distance to pool, rec center. Inclosed lanai, small dog friendly, enclosed yard . Unit is furnished or unfurnished.
Owner pays for amenity fee, water, pest control, trash and sewer and landscape. Renter pays electric, cable/internet/phone. Long term lease perfered, available in April.
Will need $200 non refundable pet fee, $1400 refundable deposit.
