The wall dehumidistats that wire into the thermostat is old technology. Have Sun kool put in a digital programmable thermostat with the humidity control built in. I have one in my house and they work together all the time not just in the summer. I set my temperature two degrees higher than I used to because my humidity is always at 55% Sometimes I felt clammy in the winter months, even when the temperature was low. I feel a lot more comfortable now
