We have a beautiful villa in Hemingway conveniently located near Havana Country Club, newer golf courses, restaurants and Pinellas and Colony shopping. Includes golf cart but must provide proof of coverage.

It is fully furnished. No pets. No smoking.

Monthly rents are June July August $1200 each.
September and October $1500
November and December $1800
All inclusive rates.
2-month minimum.
