My suggestion, start with him and see if he will make it right. If not does he have insurance and with whom? And if he has insurance coverage for the damage he caused may or may not be covered by an insurance company if it is a result of poor workmanship, etc? However this is an area that is not just black and white so proceed careful .
Sorry I was not more clear. I am looking for recommendations of a professional who may be able to fix the issues and if not give me an idea as to what to replace it with.
