We use a really nice couple in the villages that does Home watch. They check your home once a week. They look in detail to make sure there is no problems. They check inside and outside the home. They will also run the golf cart twice a month. They will also take golf cart for service if needed, Schedule and Provide access for Home Repairs, Remain on site for Home Repairs, Be there for any type of delivery, change smoke alarm batteries, take in or out patio furniture, grocery shop before you arrive and many other things. They are professional and can trust them in your home. Very happy with them.
