I find that at 4 way stops you have to stop to be in line and of course the guy on your right has the right way IF you meet and stop at the same time. I find it Amazing people will stop at the entrance of roundabout when no one is coming, but will coast through 4 way stop. I was told when about 17 by local sheriff that I have to stop behind the stop sign and not pull out into the street and stop. He pointed this out with a ticket. I did pull out because the truck was crossing at the same time I was and thought that the man in the red convertible would wait until the intersection was clear. He did not.
I know morons in a lot of "races".
