I went there on a Merit Scholarship in 1982 to their Law School but was still in braces and in a corduroy suit chosen by my mother after a particularly charming sales person told us that was the "in" thing. It sure was not at BYU Law School. The Mormon girls there already had me pegged for suitable Mormon material though. I am a Lutheran not a Mormon but thought it would be interesting to experience a different culture. Too much and too fast though. I dropped out and decided to get a MA in Librarianship at the University of Denver before trying a stab at Law School again when I was a little more mature. Graduated from the U of MN Law School in 1989 which was a very liberal law school. Quite different from BYU Law School.
