Your comments make my argument regarding the pledge of allegiance to the American flag when you dismiss it out of hand. It tells me you just might not hold America in high regard? You may not recognized the many men and women who gave treasure and blood to permit you to openly blog your thoughts on this forum? Men and women who proudly display their flags on their lapels in their yards over the caskets of their deceased

As to pledging allegiance to an international flag a PSC school in New York did just that took an American flag and pasted foreign flags on it stripes and made the kids in that school pledge to an international flag. You apparently do not know how dangerous an act that is because your not following its intent to its illogical conclusion. and because you may not be aware that many progressives are aiming for an international community. Perhaps you may recognize one name Obama

As you point out men/women do bad things have and always will but America is the one place where such injustices are eventually reconciled.
You also omit that your judgment of these matters is based on today's political environment. I am of American Italian descent yet while my father and Uncles (1st generation) fought in WWII there had been an early attempt to place Italians along with Germans and Japanese in such camps.
They were the enemy then. There was confusion paranoia Pearl Harbor German U boats entering American ports.

Liberals want to remake history and they ignore all the good beginning with the founders to present.

You read only what you wanted to read. I said the plesge of allegiance to young schoolkids is a rote act of recitation. To have them say it without any meaning does not mean a thing. Also, foreign kids in the class should not be forced to pledge allegiance to our flag.

It sounds as though you would like to place all Muslims, non-whites, and the LBGT's in concentration camps.

You had better find that cabin in the wilderness to spend your final days.
