The Pledge used to instill a sense of patriotic pride in the children from an early age. Why should WE give up our lifestyle to accommodate visitors? If they are immigrating to our country, then they should welcome our ideals. After all, it's to be their country also. We learned about the flag when I was young. We learned what the stars represented as well as what the stripes meant. We learned how our forefathers sacrificed to make our country free. We learned patriotic pride. That's why we got angry when liberal protesters burned our flag, the symbol of our pride and country. Children should not have to sacrifice because it might hurt someone's feelings. If it hurts their feelings, then they are in the wrong place. This is our country and our children should have pride and understanding of those that sacrificed to make it so great. We have the greatest country in the world, and no one/NO ONE is trying to break out of our country. PC can kiss my @ss along with any socialist that tries to make our country into a failed socialist European society.

I did not vote for Trump, but I fully understand how he can get mad at those that want to coddle protesters. They have their right to protest in the street, but not inside where people gather to listen to a candidate. You have NO first Amendment right to free speech on private property, period. If you want to take religion out of public properties, such as gov buildings and schools, then be prepared to get shut down when you try to impose your right to free speech on private property.

Call me a Nazi to my face and you will see what your free speech gets you. I am done with being called a Nazi because I am conservative. Democrats throw out the race card and bigot card if we don't agree with them. Well, it is they that don't agree with me and I consider them the party of slavery and more in tune with the Nazis than conservatives will ever be.
