The developer wanted to tap into the Wildwood utilities, and Wildwood would not agree unless the Brownwood location is where it is today - completely in Wildwood. Otherwise, I'm sure the developer would have put it in a central location. It now makes it much harder to sell those houses way over in Fruitland Park.
