Don't they have cameras on the pumps? I suspect most skimming are inside jobs? Seems fishy to me skimmers can open locked pump with majority have cameras on them and go undetected of days or hours? I guess skimming gets the same justice and attention as hackers. Never hear of hackers being charged let long getting prosecuted? Amazing the most advanced country in the world still has model T credit card system.
